Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes prior to the reservation but within our opening hours. Check the opening hours at www.kampspa.fi. If you have a gift card please present the gift at the spa reception on arrival. All of our treatments include an entrance to the sauna area. Our sauna area has a Finnish sauna, a eucalyptus steam sauna and heated loungers. Saunas are common for men and women, so when using a sauna, please use a clean towel around you. Kämp Spa provides you a bathrobe, towel and slippers. We kindly ask the hotel guests to arrive at the spa in a bathrobe and slippers found in the hotel room. Kämp Spa has both female and male therapists. If you have a preference, please contact Kämp Spa.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require notifications of cancellations and changes 24 hours prior to the booked treatment. For cancellations made after this, we will charge full price of the treatment, as well as for treatments that the client does not arrive at. Please note, it is possible to cancel only one treatment at a time through the cancellation link. Terms for canceling group reservations will be given with the confirmation of your reservation.
DELAYS: Please note that before starting the treatment, the client must fill the necessary forms. Due to delay, Spa may have to shorten the duration of the treatment and full treatment price will be charged.
AGE LIMIT: Kämp Spa and gym have an age limit of 16.
